We assign one admin per client and transactions between both parties are kept private. However, by chance an admin encounters an emergency, we will notify you immediately, and you may have the option to let another admin take over.

Be patient! Admins are all college students, but we usually reply no later than 8 hours. Be aware of the timezone difference, as all the admins live in the Philippines.

Some prices are negotiable, but some aren’t. Please don’t try to negotiate fixed prices.

We provide proofs (screenshots, videos, etc.) timely while piloting your account and daily reports by the end of the day. You can request the admin to only send daily reports to prevent disturbance.

We don’t use bots or cheats. Yes, the admins are just that grassless.

Before proceeding with the payment— negotiable prices, must be discussed first for deductions of prices!

Always wait for an invoice or confirmation to be sent by the pilot before paying.

For transactions above ₱400 or 10$, we allow a 50% downpayment. The remaining balance should be settled when the pilot has reached 50% completion.

Transactions lower than ₱400 or 10$ follow a payment-first policy.

For clients outside of the Philippines, there are extra fees from PayPal that you must shoulder. We opted for this since it is better than raising prices individually. For transparency, the fee should be 4.40% of amount + fixed fee/0.30 USD
